Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager for urgent care clients. You will own paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bids, and testing, and ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution for multi-site urgent care clients.

You will craft 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, narrate the numbers on client calls, and build long-term relationships that drive retention and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for urgent care clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Handle conversion tracking and attribution: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
