Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a PPC Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for urgent care clients across major platforms. You will set budgets, craft roadmaps, and lead strategic conversations with clients.

This remote role requires 3+ years managing campaigns and strong experience with multi-location accounts. You will guide ROAS improvement, CPA targets, and pipeline metrics while maintaining direct communication with US-based clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
