Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager for Senior Living to own paid media for a book of senior living clients, managing targeting, budgets, and the roadmap. You will be the strategic voice in client calls and drive campaign decisions based on data.

You will manage multi-platform campaigns, optimize for ROAS, CPA and pipeline metrics, and coordinate with a dedicated SEO/ads team to maximize client outcomes. This remote role serves USA/Canada/LatAm/South Africa markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client case studies.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media for senior living accounts across multiple platforms.
• Plan budgets, bids, targeting, and testing; decide when to pause campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present results to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
