Blacksmith Agency is an AI‑first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for Roofing. You will own paid media for roofing clients across multiple markets, setting budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative on calls.

You are the strategic voice and make the calls for client success. You will manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, and test creatives while ensuring robust tracking and reporting across GA4 and pixel ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta with campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement or pipeline impact you can discuss.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrative on calls.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
