Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads; optimize ROAS/CPA, and collaborate with US clients on live calls from a remote setting within an agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements across clients.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media experience for roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause or kill campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and articulate the numbers behind performance.
• Drive account growth through client retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
