Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager (Roofing) to own paid media for roofing clients across multiple markets. You’ll steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice and the decision maker. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handling budget allocation, bidding, testing, and optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics; examples available.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationship development.

As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
