Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimize paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. This remote role emphasizes measurable growth, ROAS improvement, and data-driven testing to turn ad spend into qualified leads and revenue.

You will collaborate with creative, content, sales, and marketing teams to scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing or paid media experience.
• Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of PPC, paid acquisition, conversion tracking, attribution, funnel optimization, and audience targeting.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform analytics.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS, reduce CPA and CPL, optimize conversion rates, and scale campaigns.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and multiple campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal English; ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.
• Develop audiences, messaging, creatives, and campaign structures.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and placements.
• Monitor performance and optimize accounts; improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
• Track performance with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; ensure proper attribution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with design, content, sales, and marketing teams; ensure alignment with revenue growth.
