Pavago is seeking a seasoned SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive technical SEO, Google Ads, and lead generation while optimizing content and analytics across platforms. The role emphasizes hands-on campaign management, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with sales teams.

You will explore AI-powered optimization opportunities (AEO/GEO), manage budgets, and improve CPL/ROAS while maintaining high-quality organic growth and conversions. This remote position requires U.S.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Proven success improving organic rankings and lead generation.
Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page SEO and content optimization.
Experience with Google Ads and paid social campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor and search intent analysis.
Perform technical SEO audits addressing indexing, crawling, site architecture, and page speed.
Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Develop content strategies and optimize WordPress/Webflow CMS pages.
Monitor GA4/GA and reports, build dashboards, and analyze performance.
