Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a results-oriented paid media professional to drive acquisition for US-based clients. You will own the full funnel—from ads to landing pages and email nurture—ensuring precise attribution via GA4, UTMs, and CRM integration.

You'll collaborate with the founder, manage budgets, run tests, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, with remote work and US business hours. Competitive base plus commission is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid media for US businesses.
• Proven results with real numbers.
• Experience with GA4, ad platforms, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Own the funnel: landing pages, forms, email nurture and follow-up automation.
• Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, pixels, UTMs) and clean CRM attribution.
• Report weekly on spend, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and next changes.
• Run A/B tests on ads, offers and pages.
• Use AI tools for copy, creative variations and analysis.
• Work directly with the founder on goals and budget.
