Mondelez International in Veracruz is seeking a Packaging Development & Engineering professional to lead RDQ activities for packaging design and deployment on innovation projects across geographies, with emphasis on delivering the consumer experience.

You will organize projects with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing, conduct sampling, supplier management, and pilot plant trials, and create detailed technical reports and specifications to drive competitive advantage while adhering to GMP and HACCP.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and execute packaging development projects in line with RDQ and manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing to plan activities and communicate risks.
• Prepare technical reports and packaging specifications to support design, scale-up, and launch.
