Mondelēz International in Mexico is seeking a Packaging Development & Engineering professional to lead RDQ activities for packaging design and deployment across initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing and manufacturing to ensure consumer-focused packaging solutions and compliance with GMP/HACCP standards.

The role requires project organization, data interpretation, technical reporting, and effective communication within cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Experience in packaging design and packaging deployment.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Ability to generate technical reports and packaging specifications.
• Experience with sampling, supplier management and trials.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and execute RDQ projects aligned with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements.
• Plan and conduct activities to generate packaging information through sampling and trials.
• Create technical reports and maintain accurate packaging specifications.
• Contribute to process development, packaging design, scale up and commissioning.
• Communicate status and risks effectively to managers and teams.
