• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Design or relevant packaging engineering is required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in packaging engineering, preferably in consumer products or manufacturing environments.
• Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) is a must.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage ambiguity, and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing methods, and performance testing standards (ISTA, ASTM).
• Balance planning with urgency while maintaining quality and alignment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear, concise collaboration.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; valid US visa.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional packaging development efforts from concept through commercialization, aligning with product, marketing, operations, and sustainability goals.
• Develop and execute robust project plans with timelines and risk mitigation.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new materials, technologies, and processes; enhance product protection and environmental performance.
• Mentor and support team members, providing feedback and navigating complex challenges.
• Champion continuous improvement to optimize packaging efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Collaborate effectively across functions to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop breakthrough packaging solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.
