Mondelēz International in Mexico invites engineers to join the Process Development & Engineering team. You will design and deploy processes to support Innovation, Growth and Productivity projects across geographies, focusing on delivering a superior consumer experience.

Working with a cross-functional team, you will model, simulate, scale up, and commission processes, communicate risks, manage resources, and contribute to intellectual property that drives competitive advantage.

Formación

• Relevant engineering experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Working in teams and independently with appropriate guidance.
• Prioritizing and managing activities.
• Identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions.
• Applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data and to reach clear conclusions.
• Communicating technical information effectively verbally and in writing.
• Constantly championing for the consumer.
• Technical curiosity, continuous learner and a drive to ensure technical rigor.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement processes aligned with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
• Conduct process development activities including process design, scale-up and commissioning.
• Create and maintain consumer-centric process specifications.
• Plan resources and manage external agencies as needed.
