Equity Packaging, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Packaging Development Engineer to manage packaging innovation and productivity projects with our global team.

You will develop packaging specifications for livesystem and coordinate data collection from vendors to enable enrichment of all packaging standards. You will lead productivity improvement pillars, work on material, equipment, design rationalization, and sustainability reporting while collaborating with internal customers to

• Candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in packaging R&D for CPG/food & beverage preferred.
• Ability to manage and execute packaging innovation projects and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects.
• Collaborate with Global Team to develop packaging specifications for live system.
• Maintain and harmonize packaging specifications within the system.
• Create standardized packaging specification documents and collect data from vendors/suppliers.
• Lead capability improvements in productivity, benchmarking, and best practices.
• Drive productivity improvement in packaging areas of the supply chain cross-functional team.
• Conduct line trials and lab testing; develop packaging specifications.
