Henkel Ltda is seeking a Packaging Engineer to lead development, qualification, and commercialization of packaging solutions across new products, channels, and markets. You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Innovation, Safety, Quality, and Procurement to identify opportunities that meet consumer needs.

You will serve as a SME in packaging, support qualification/approval processes, manage validation activities, and align RD specs with supplier quality requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of packaging development/engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of packaging design, quality systems, and manufacturing equipment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, qualification, and commercialization of packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Innovation, Safety, Quality, and Procurement.
• Support qualification and approval processes for new packaging formats and suppliers.
• Manage packaging validation activities to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop systems to align R&D specs with supplier quality requirements.
• Interface with suppliers to ensure design and performance criteria are met.
• Partner with manufacturing and R&D to implement new packaging solutions.
• Identify and address packaging transfer risks early or escalate.
