Job Type: full-Time, Hybrid (1 year possibility of extension)

Job Description:

• Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects.
• Experience in food packaging.
• Flexible, rigid, folding cartons, corrugated.
• Automated lines, plant trial, coordination, planning and execution experience.
• Manage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelves.
• Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts.
• Represent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savings.
• Conduct line trials.
• Develop packaging specifications.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/Graduate/Engineering in Packaging or related field.
• 3+ years minimum experience in Packaging R&D for Food or related industries.
• Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Spanish is must.
