Equity Packaging, Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Project Manager for Packaging Development. You will lead packaging innovation and productivity initiatives, coordinate with a global team on live system specifications, and maintain harmonized packaging standards across platforms.

You will drive data collection from suppliers, lead cost-saving packaging improvements, and manage projects from concept to in-store availability. Strong communication and packaging R&D background are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years minimum experience in Packaging R&D for CPG, Food & Beverage or related industries.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects.
• Work with Global Team for developing packaging specification for live system.
• Maintain and harmonize packaging specifications in the system.
• Create standardized packaging specification documents and collect data from global vendors.
• Lead capability improvement: productivity, benchmarking, technical know-how, design best practices.
• Lead productivity improvement pillar for packaging areas in cross-functional supply chain teams.
• Improve materials, equipment, design, rationalization, and waste.
• Vendor-based sustainability reporting.
• Manage innovation projects from concept to commercialization and retail shelves.
• Collaborate with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts.
• Represent packaging in cross-functional meetings to realize cost savings.
• Conduct line trials and lab testing.
• Develop packaging specifications.
