Mondrian hotel in Mexico City is seeking a Hostess to create a warm, welcoming first impression for guests. You will greet arrivals, manage seating, reservations, and waiting lists while coordinating with servers and managers to ensure smooth service.

The role requires excellent communication, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for weekends/evenings and English proficiency are preferred.

Formación

• Experience in guest-facing hospitality roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service orientation with hospitality mindset.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends/evenings.
• Intermediate to advanced English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage arrivals, reservations, waitlists, and seating efficiently.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate information on table availability and capacity.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, managers, and F&B team for smooth service.
• Communicate estimated wait times clearly to guests.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Assist with VIPs, celebrations, and special occasions.
