Uber Freight in Monterrey is seeking an Associate Manager - Operations for the OS&D team. You will lead day-to-day activities, supervise staff, and manage delivery exceptions to safeguard cargo safety and carrier efficiency.

This on-site role requires strong communication across Mexico and the US, cross-cultural collaboration, and a focus on process improvements, reporting, and mentoring.

Formación

• Advanced English, verbal and written.
• 1+ years experience in a management or supervisory role.
• 3 years of LOGISTICS (transportation management, brokerage, warehouse, supplychain, etc.) experience WITH increasing level of responsibility.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently across various responsibilities including managing the day to day of a team along with our internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day activities of team members
• Schedule staff and distribute workload – work closely with Mexico/US stakeholders to meet business requirements
• Hands-on associate manager who can combine team leadership with active production coverage, stepping in whenever extra support is needed
• Ensure team members meet daily goals and monitor individual and team performance
• Develop, implement and maintain effective processes
• Proactively generate and share ideas that lead to process efficiency and customer experience improvement
• Develop and distribute customer and internal performance management reports
• Develop strong relationships across organization
• Develop team members by providing training opportunities, projects, mentoring and coaching
• Create and maintain strong team culture in line with Uber Freight values and behaviors
• Foster collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders in Account Management, Carrier Sales, etc
