• Working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Understanding of transportation and logistics operations and shipment lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of cross-border transportation processes between Mexico and the United States.
• Understanding of carrier management, shipment visibility, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with import/export processes and customs status monitoring.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor shipments and perform daily track-and-trace activities to ensure visibility and on-time performance.
• Maintain load status and shipment milestones within the TMS.
• Plan activities and schedule orders within required timelines.
• Resolve system exceptions and operational discrepancies.
• Coordinate with carriers for updates, documents and proof of delivery.
• Monitor customs status and cross-border shipment activities.
• Follow up on invoices and document collection processes.
• Participate in operational review meetings and customer calls.
• Analyze shipment trends and identify risks to service levels.
• Escalate service failures and capacity concerns to leadership when needed.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports and KPI metrics.
• Support implementation activities, pilot programs, and peak-season planning.
