Intugo, a company partnering with international firms, seeks a Customer Operations Specialist - Order Management to support order creation and management. You will coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate service orders and timely processing.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in sales support or customer operations, strong English, and solid organizational skills. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and onboarding with paid training.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales support or customer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and ability to work with CRM and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Create accurate and detailed service orders based on completed work.
• Review customer requirements to ensure completeness.
• Ensure assets are assigned and transferred to Inside Sales.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to gather information.
• Identify opportunities to improve order creation processes and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation.
• Identify sales opportunities based on previous services.
• Prepare quotes and submit them to the Sales team.
• Process and submit orders after sales opportunities close.
