Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an Order Management Coordinator in Veracruz area to lead a cross-functional team, ensuring flawless order processing and superior customer experiences.

You will liaise with Business Units, Technical Support, and Global Order Management to drive service excellence and align with commercial goals. The role requires strong knowledge of order management, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence senior leadership in a hybrid or remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field required; MBA desirable.
• People management experience leading customer support or order management teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of order processing and end-to-end order life cycle in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
• English (Fluent/Advanced) – It's a must.
• Ability to lead hybrid or remote teams and to operate successfully under a remote manager.

Responsibilities

• The Coordinator acts as a strategic leader and operational guide, deeply connected to frontline processes while collaborating with stakeholders across Business Units, Technical Support, and Global Order Management.
• Provide direction, remove roadblocks, and advocate for both team and customer needs within order management.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Engage proactively, influence cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment and support for operational decisions.
• Foster a culture of customer obsession, continuous improvement, and accountability, ensuring best-in-class service delivery and optimal team performance.
