Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Order Management, Logistics or Customer Service.
• Fluency in English, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn SAP and Tableau quickly, with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex orders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management for assigned customers from receipt to delivery.
• Ensure accuracy, timely release to distribution centers, and quick internal responses.
• Identify and resolve order issues including fulfillment, delivery, and vehicle allocation.
• Provide proactive status updates to sales, customers, and leadership teams.
• Monitor data integrity between PepsiCo systems and customer platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply chain gaps and improve KPIs.
