IDC is seeking detail-oriented individuals for the role of Order Management Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, contributing to positive customer outcomes. The role emphasizes ownership across the order lifecycle, collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations, and strict adherence to policies.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, experience in order management or sales operations, and strong Excel and ERP system skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in order management, sales administration, sales finance, or sales operations.
• Familiarity with order management software, CRM and/or ERP systems. Salesforce and D365 experience are a plus.
• Advanced English level.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Hybrid work model.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of orders through the order lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing at every stage.
• Review all submitted orders to confirm they include all necessary documentation and comply with company policies.
• Audit orders against system entries to identify discrepancies and obtain missing information before processing.
• Input verified orders into the ERP system with correct product, quantity, pricing, and customer details.
• Serve as a point of contact for order-related issues, collaborating with Sales, Revenue Operations, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide timely updates on issue resolution and manage customer expectations.
