Ericsson GmbH in Mexico City seeks a Supply Chain Control Tower Operations Specialist – Order Management to oversee the full order lifecycle. You will ensure visibility from order placement to delivery, identify risks, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to secure on-time fulfillment.

You will drive end-to-end processes, monitor KPIs, and leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency, reporting, and SOP updates.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Experience in supply chain, order management, shared services or control tower operations.
• Strong SAP order operations experience (POs, SOs, GR, open PO reports, delivery schedules).
• Experience with international customers and cross-functional global teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Proactive continuous improvement mindset.
• Team player with collaboration skills.
• Customer-focused with professional communication.
• Analytical and statistical skills.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end customer orders from creation to delivery, ensuring accurate entry and processing in ERP/SAP systems.
• Operate the supply chain control tower to maintain real-time visibility of order flows and KPIs.
• Create, manage and track POs and SOs in SAP, align POs, goods receipts and delivery confirmations.
• Detect and resolve order exceptions by coordinating with warehouses, repair centers and logistics partners.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance monitoring, reporting and digitization of order management workflows.
• Act as the primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholders with regular reporting.
