Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer service levels.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure order accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate regular reports to monitor service performance and metrics.
• Analyze trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Track KPIs and communicate results clearly.
• Propose indicators to improve performance evaluation.
• Maintain dashboards and databases used for reporting.
• Prepare executive presentations with key findings and data-driven recommendations.
