Job summary

Ford Motor is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Analyst to optimize schedules and leverage Ascent and Pega tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on protecting daily and weekly plans while identifying efficiencies to enable new tools and expand visibility into supply risks.

You will drive continuous improvement to reduce premium costs and collaborate with MP&L Logistics, Purchasing, STA, SOT, Product Development and plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or supply chain organization.
• Knowledge of Ford with production planning and execution is preferred.
• Proven track record in supply chain operations (inbound/outbound flows, packaging, demand & supply planning, in-plant logistics, warehouse management).
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Bias for action in identifying and solving issues to build horizon.

Responsibilities

• Work with Ascent and Pega tools.
• Protect daily and weekly schedules to avoid production losses.
• Find efficiencies in current state operations to enable new tools.
• Lead initiatives to reduce premium costs in collaboration with MP&L Logistics.
• Communicate risks and raise issues to leadership with solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, STA, SOT, Product Development and plants.
• Manage critical suppliers and ensure Ford supplier expectations and Global Terms are met.
