Siemens is seeking a highly analytical Logistics Analyst in Mexico to coordinate end-to-end shipments and optimize the supply chain for international and domestic operations.

You will link suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, manage Track and Trace, analyze sales orders and inventory, and generate clear status reports for stakeholders to drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proven experience in logistics coordination and supply chain analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP (MM and SD) is essential.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, and data visualization).
• Strong background in Mathematics and Statistics applied to business or supply chain environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for international coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Logistics Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate international and domestic shipments by collaborating with material suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Manage the full Track and Trace process, monitoring orders from initial entry through to final customer delivery.
• Proactively identify potential shipment issues and implement fast resolutions to maintain strict delivery schedules.
• Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
• Perform detailed analysis of sales orders, inventory levels, and purchase orders to optimize flow.
• Conduct demand analysis to anticipate customer needs and provide value-added suggestions for service enhancement.
• Measure and analyze End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor order fulfillment data to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets are consistently met.
• System Management & Reporting
• Maintain SAP system integrity for all purchasing activities, including order creation, vendor confirmations, invoice reception, and fulfillment tracking.
• Structure and present complex logistics data into clear status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Provide excellent and timely responses to customer inquiries and issues.
• Maintain proactive communication channels with both internal departments and external partners to ensure transparency.

• Education: Strong background in Mathematics and Statistics applied to business or supply chain environments.
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) for international coordination.
