Eaton Group seeks a Customer Fulfillment Analyst to analyze performance, trends, and customer experience data, delivering actionable insights for on-time delivery and satisfaction. You will build reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics in cooperation with Product Management, Planning, Manufacturing, and other functions.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process documentation, and collaboration to drive improvements across supply chain and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, data analytics, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in business analytics, supply chain, planning, operations, customer service, product management support, or a related function.
• Minimum of three years of experience on manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• Ability to work with ERP data and translate operational data into business insights.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Maintains an order fulfillment exception tracker to monitor past-due, orders at risk, large orders, and high-priority customer orders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide visibility to customer fulfillment and growth metrics.
• Monitors adoption of lead-time policies and coordinates corrective actions with relevant functions.
• Investigates fulfillment issues and performs root cause analysis to identify process gaps and improvements.
• Partners with multiple teams to gather information and support resolution of customer service challenges.
• Prepares recurring KPI reviews and executive summaries related to on-time delivery and order management effectiveness.
• Evaluates demand trends and fulfillment capabilities to support growth initiatives and cross-functional decisions.
• Supports Voice of Customer initiatives by analyzing customer experience data and feedback.
• Coordinates data collection for business reviews and strategic growth initiatives.
• Recommends process improvements based on analytic findings.
