Job summary

Flowserve, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Mexico) seeks a Sales Support Representative – Order Fulfillment Specialist to own end-to-end order processes from entry to cash collection. You will coordinate shipments, prepare invoices, and ensure accurate SAP S/4 data while communicating clearly with customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a defined order portfolio from entry to cash collection.
• Manage order scope, scheduling, shipment coordination, and customer communications.
• Review POs and ensure SAP S/4 entry compliance and timely processing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support order delivery milestones and invoicing.
