Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Sales Support Representative – Order Fulfillment Specialist in Torreón, Mexico. You will be the main contact for a defined order portfolio, driving timely, accurate communication and end-to-end order execution in SAP S/4.

You will own the order scope, coordinate shipments, review orders for accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and proper invoicing. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience managing sales orders, invoices, and shipping documentation in SAP S/4.
• Strong English skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Sales Support Representative – Order Fulfillment Specialist

Role Summary:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers for a defined order portfolio, ensuring timely, proactive, and accurate communication throughout the order lifecycle.

• Own and manage the full order scope and schedule, including order entry, collection, shipment coordination, and customer communications.

• Create, process, and manage sales orders in SAP S/4 as they progress through the site.

• Review customer purchase orders to ensure all required information is accurately entered into SAP S/4 and processed in compliance with site procedures, regulatory requirements, and trade compliance policies.

• Foster a positive and professional working environment that challenges the status quo, promotes continuous improvement, and drives an exceptional customer experience.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all internal and customer-facing activities, submittals, and approvals required to support order delivery and payment milestones.

• Ensure on-time shipment of goods and accurate processing of progress and final invoices, bonds, letters of credit, and other financial documentation required to secure timely cash collection.

• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks on critical path items to keep order execution on schedule.

• Maintain end-to-end ownership of assigned orders, including final cash collection, as applicable.

• Build and sustain effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Support team members and demonstrate a collaborative mindset, contributing beyond immediate responsibilities when needed.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Experience managing sales orders, invoices, and shipping documentation in SAP S/4.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations.

• Experience with SAP administration, contract review and pricing.

• Strong interpersonal and relational communication skills, with confidence in customer and stakeholder interactions.

• Advanced level of English.
