Qualifications

• 3-5 years of logistics/shipping experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shipping floor activities and office liaison.
• Prepare documentation and maintain shipping records for domestic and international orders.
• Review open customer orders daily and align with shipping schedule.
• Coordinate freight with carriers and optimize resource use.
• Maintain compliance with export/import regulations and freight payment policies.
• Provide training on new procedures and work with cross-functional teams.
