Flowserve Corporation in Torreón, Mexico, seeks a Sales Support Representative – Order Fulfillment Specialist to be the primary contact for a defined order portfolio, ensuring timely and proactive communication throughout the order lifecycle.

You will own the full order scope from entry to invoicing, process orders in SAP S/4, review PO accuracy, coordinate shipments, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain schedule integrity and cash collection.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers for a defined order portfolio.
• Own and manage the full order scope and schedule from entry to invoicing.
• Process orders in SAP S/4 and ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate shipments and customer communications to secure timely delivery and cash collection.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support orders and approvals.
