Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Sales Support Representative – Order Fulfillment Specialist in Torreón, Mexico. You will be the main contact for a defined order portfolio, driving timely, accurate communication and end-to-end order execution in SAP S/4.

You will own the order scope, coordinate shipments, review orders for accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and proper invoicing. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience managing sales orders, invoices, and shipping documentation in SAP S/4.
• Strong English skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers for a defined order portfolio.
• Own and manage full order scope and schedule, including entry, collection, shipment coordination, and communications.
• Create, process, and manage sales orders in SAP S/4 as they progress.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support order delivery and payment milestones.
