Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Sales Support Representative - Order Fulfillment Specialist in Mexico to be the primary contact for a defined order portfolio, ensuring timely, proactive, and accurate communication throughout the order lifecycle.

You will own and manage the full order scope, entry, collection, shipment coordination, and customer communications, using SAP S/4 and MS Office to drive on-time delivery and cash collection while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience managing sales orders, invoices, and shipping documentation in SAP S/4.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers for a defined order portfolio.
• Own and manage full order scope and schedule, including order entry, collection, shipment coordination, and customer communications.
• Create, process, and manage sales orders in SAP S/4 as they progress through the site.
• Review customer purchase orders to ensure SAP S/4 entry and compliance with procedures.
• Ensure on-time shipment and accurate processing of invoices, bonds, LC, and other financial docs for cash collection.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep order execution on schedule.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of assigned orders, including final cash collection.
