Zebra Technologies in Mexico City is seeking a Channel Partner Support Representative II to serve as the central contact for the PartnerConnect program, supporting partners and Zebra sales with tools and processes.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, assist with onboarding, vet registrations, and ensure data accuracy, working with internal teams to resolve issues and keep the program running smoothly. This role emphasizes collaboration and proactive compliance.

Formación

• Experience with partner programs and channel partners is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze metrics, ROI, and design structured plans with partners.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to track opportunities and forecasts.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution capabilities within channel ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as central point of contact for partners and Zebra sales for PartnerConnect inquiries.
• Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat with partners, distributors, and sales personnel.
• Assist partners with tool access, onboarding, and registration processing.
• Coordinate account merges, name/address changes, and deduplication as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to route non-program inquiries appropriately.
• Ensure annual compliance and active participation in system testing and reporting.
