MezTal is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support daily installation and order management processes. The role involves reviewing installation information, updating internal systems, verifying work orders, and following up on incomplete data.

Excellent English communication and accuracy are essential. The candidate will work with ERP/CRM systems, support order management, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation matches customer notes and installation

Formación

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone or text.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review cabinet installations from the previous day using the ERP.
• Prepare daily Installer Score Cards (ISC).
• Review and compare purchase orders, installation plans, and photos.
• Identify missing information and contact installers for clarification.
