Zebra Technologies in Mexico City is seeking a Customer Order Specialist to manage the quote-to-order process, entry of orders and service contracts, and serve as the subject matter expert for customers and internal teams.

You will drive data accuracy, be the primary contact for key accounts, and collaborate across departments to resolve inquiries, while delivering a positive ordering and invoicing experience.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in data entry, order management, or related field.
• Strong data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Solid teamwork and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enter new product and service contract orders accurately.
• Be primary contact for key accounts, handling complex contracts.
• Meet or exceed departmental metrics through organization and ownership.
• Provide price quotes and track orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order inquiries.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues.
• Uphold the OEX strategy and deliver a positive customer experience.
