PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks an Oracle EPM - Manager to lead client engagements and drive Oracle applications integration across advisory services. You will manage projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure high-quality delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape strategic solutions, and oversee project architecture and budgeting while fostering innovation and integrity. English proficiency and a strong consulting background are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or related roles.

As an Oracle EPM - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Oracle applications to assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. • Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle applications to optimize client operational efficiency
• Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
• Providing comprehensive training and support to clients for effective utilization of Oracle applications
• Managing project architecture and budgeting to deliver successful outcomes
• Guiding teams in the development and execution of business process modeling and standardization
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology innovation and integration
• Overseeing the deployment of enterprise software and confirming alignment with client goals
• Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance in delivering client expectations
• Utilizing analytical thinking to address complex system interactions and improve business processes
• Promoting the adoption of emerging technologies and digital tooling to enhance service delivery

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
