PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks an Oracle EPM - Manager to lead client engagements, analyze needs, implement Oracle applications, and mentor teams. You will manage project scope, architecture, and budgets while driving innovation and cross-functional collaboration across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience, and strong English proficiency.

Formación

Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
At least a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are expected.
Master's/MBA is preferred in relevant fields.

Responsabilidades

Lead the implementation and integration of Oracle applications to optimize client operational efficiency.
Analyze client needs and develop tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives.
Provide comprehensive training and support to clients for effective utilization of Oracle applications.
Manage project architecture and budgeting to deliver successful outcomes.
Guide teams in business process modeling and standardization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology innovation and integration.
Oversee deployment of enterprise software and ensure alignment with client goals.
Mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
Promote adoption of emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.
