PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Oracle Finance Lead at Manager level to guide clients through Oracle Finance and CRM implementations. You will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure project success according to PwC standards.

Strong English, a bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of experience are required. You will collaborate across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, driving business transformation with Oracle technologies and enterprise integration.

As an Oracle Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of Oracle consulting, leveraging your expertise in business application consulting to deliver impactful solutions. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will be instrumental in driving application evolution services, specifically focusing on Oracle technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will collaborate with diverse teams to implement Oracle solutions that drive business transformation. Your ability to navigate complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Oracle Financials Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)

• Leading Oracle consulting projects and managing client relationships effectively

• Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Oracle E-Business Suite implementations

• Utilizing technical skills in Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to enhance client solutions

• Developing and overseeing the deployment of enterprise software and integration solutions

• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and emerging practices in Oracle consulting

• Coordinating project architecture and budgeting to align with client objectives

• Building and maintaining relationships with business leaders to identify and address system challenges

• Providing technical consultation and support for Oracle application software and infrastructure

• Facilitating process standardization and business process modeling for improved efficiency

• Confirming data integrity and compliance within Oracle systems and frameworks

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E‑Business Suite and Oracle CRM
