PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Oracle Finance Manager to lead client engagements, advanced Oracle deployments, and drive operational efficiency across finance technology. You will guide project teams, design solutions, and ensure value delivery for diverse clients worldwide.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration with stakeholders, utilizing Oracle ADF, BI Publisher, and OCI to optimize processes and enable strategic outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• English proficiency required for oral and written communication.
• MBA or Master’s degree is advantageous.

As an Oracle Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization, including installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables, while effectively mentoring others and addressing conflicts or issues.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
