PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Oracle SCM - Senior Associate to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and train clients on Oracle applications. You will work within our Digital Core Modernisation practice to optimize operational efficiency and deliver high-quality client outcomes.

As a Senior Associate, you will build client relationships, manage projects, and help grow your technical skills while navigating complex business challenges in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience required.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As an Oracle SCM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
• Implementing technology solutions in enterprise environments
• Developing training materials for business systems and processes
