Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Oracle Manager Delivery AMS to lead delivery of Oracle applications within our Tax practice. You will own client projects, oversee budgeting and scheduling, and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality outcomes across geographies.

You will analyze client needs, implement Oracle solutions, train users, and collaborate with global teams to drive efficiency and innovation while upholding PwC values and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle consulting or delivery.
• Proficiency in English is required for client interactions.

As an Oracle Manager Delivery AMS, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, specializing in consulting services for various business applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across Oracle applications to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

• Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle applications to optimize client operational efficiency

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
