PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Oracle EPM - FCC - Senior Associate to analyze client needs, implement Oracle software solutions, and provide training to optimize operations across diverse client portfolios.

In this role you will work with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, applying analytical thinking to deliver high-quality solutions while growing your leadership and technical skills.

Formación

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

As an Oracle EPM - FCC - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement Oracle software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize their operational efficiency. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills across various Oracle applications to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm’s overall business strategies.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
• Developing training materials for enterprise software implementations
• Implementing technology solutions in diverse business environments
• Managing systems project management with a focus on process standardization
• Excelling in business process modeling and enterprise integration
