PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Oracle EPM - Manager to lead client engagements and drive digital modernization across advisory, assurance, tax and business services. You will optimize operations, mentor staff, manage project budgets, and deliver tailored Oracle solutions for diverse client portfolios.

You will guide teams, maintain standards, and foster growth while expanding opportunities through technology-enabled transformation across geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and integration of Oracle applications to optimize client operational efficiency.
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to clients for effective utilization of Oracle applications.

As an Oracle EPM - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Oracle applications to assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
