AGS Health is seeking a Senior Manager / General Manager to lead Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma initiatives in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role demands hands-on transformation leadership across Clinical Operations, Medical Coding, Patient Calling, and Revenue Cycle Management.

The ideal candidate combines Lean Six Sigma expertise with healthcare domain knowledge, strong analytics, and stakeholder management, driving measurable improvements across enterprise functions.

Competenze

• MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution (Preferred).
• Up to 7 years of experience in large, reputed organizations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification or equivalent project experience.
• Strong MS Office skills; Minitab/statistical tools and RPA exposure preferred.

• Identify and lead continuous improvement and transformation opportunities.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, automation and analytics tools to deliver projects.
• Coach Green Belts and Project Managers on improvement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Ensure governance, control plans and performance reporting are sustained.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma and Digital engagement across teams.
