Jabil in Mexico is seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma leader to drive deployment of LSS concepts across manufacturing sites. You will manage strategic and tactical action plans, ensuring measurable improvements and integration into lean governance.

The role requires Black Belt certification, strong leadership, and ability to mentor Lean Champions while coordinating with site leadership to align with Jabil’s global deployment strategy.

Formación

• Experience deploying Lean and Six Sigma principles, systems and tools in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proven track record in driving process improvements and cost savings.
• Experience training and mentoring Black Belts and Lean Champions.

Responsabilidades

• Align LSS vision with site strategy and implement tactical plans.
• Track metrics, justify costs, and drive design/implementation of solutions.
• Train and mentor Lean Champions, Bronze/Silver, and Black Belt programs.
• Lead Kaizen events and share best practices across sites.
