Cardinal Health, Inc. in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks a seasoned Business Performance Partner to drive operational excellence across global manufacturing and GPSC.

You will consult with internal and external customers and suppliers to assess current performance, develop recommendations, and implement process improvements. The role requires strong analytics, Lean and Six Sigma expertise, and experience with medium- to high-complexity improvement projects.

Formación

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Operational Excellence (OpEx) within the manufacturing sector
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
• English proficiency: Advanced or fluent level
• Strong statistical and analytical skills
• Black Belt certification, preferred
• Experience with medium- to high-complexity operational improvement projects
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence methodologies
• Experience in medical device manufacturing, preferred
• Training and/or certification in Project Management (PM/PMI)
• Understanding of warehouse and production operational practices

Responsabilidades

• Execute strategic objectives for operational excellence within a business segment, unit, or function, including resource selection and development, management of ongoing projects, and continuous communication regarding progress toward goals
• Identify, own, and track projects supporting GPSC global manufacturing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, synthesizing findings and leading improvement initiatives
• Apply world-class best practices and process improvement tools to drive measurable results
• Evaluate current business performance against the segment's strategy for site/functional/value stream improvement
• Gather and interpret customer requirements for single- or multi-segment processes and set optimal parameters
• Demonstrate accountability for long‑term improvement efforts and financial impact
• Collaborate with suppliers on cross‑organizational improvement opportunities
• Align with senior leadership to implement performance improvement recommendations
• Lead independent assessments of current performance using data-driven methods
