RS Group seeks an Operational Excellence and CI Lead to drive continuous improvement within GSBS, coordinating with Performance & Reporting and Automation teams to convert insights into practical actions. You will manage the CI portfolio, build capability, and embed CI practices across operations to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent), experience in CI/Operational Excellence in a Global Business Services setting, and strong change-management

Formación

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) with a proven record of delivering CI/operational improvements.
• Experience in Global Business Services or shared services environments with CI/Operational Excellence exposure.
• Experience leading CI professionals and scaling capability within teams.
• Ability to apply DMAIC and value stream mapping to solve operational problems.
• Strong commercial awareness linking improvements to measurable outcomes.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication across functions.
• Experience driving multiple CI initiatives and prioritising work.
• Familiarity with automation, digital and AI-enabled improvement tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CI and Operational Excellence initiatives within GSBS and manage CI portfolio priorities.
• Collaborate with Performance & Reporting and Automation teams to translate insights into action.
• Coach leaders and teams to build CI capability and deliver sustained value.
• Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities with data-informed approaches.
• Promote adoption of CI practices and ensure changes are embedded in operations.
